8-Channel Active Sampling System for LNG Cargo Tanks and Fuel Tanks
Product Overview
The GAC-M20 Continuous-Sampling Gas Detection Cabinet is engineered for high-risk shipboard environments including LNG cargo tanks and fuel tanks. Each monitoring point features an independent sensor, enabling uninterrupted gas concentration monitoring with data transmitted directly to the central gas alarm control cabinet.
Safety Protection System
This cabinet supports 8 channels of continuous active sampling with front-end filters and shut-off ball valves. Flame arrestors are installed at both inlet and outlet points, and an internal gas detection alarm provides comprehensive protection. In case of internal pipeline leakage, the system generates an alarm signal, cuts off the internal pump power supply, and purges the cabinet's internal gas using an external gas source - ensuring complete safety for both vessel and crew.
