GCF-M10 Gas Alarm Control Cabinet
Dual-power redundancy ensures continuous operation of 112 detectors during power outages, maintaining critical gas monitoring when it matters most.
Critical Power Redundancy
Dual power supply with independent backup keeps all 112 detectors operational for 30 minutes after main power loss - the critical window when alarms are most vital.
Technical Operation
  • Acquisition: 112 channels of 3-wire 4-20 mA signals with sampling period under 8 ms
  • Indication: Large LCD display with LED indicators showing live concentration and alarm status by zone
  • Action: 16 relay outputs (AC 220 V / 3 A) and 4 controllable 220 V / 5 A power outputs
  • Communication: RJ45 Modbus TCP/IP, RS485 Modbus RTU, and OPC UA for system integration
  • Fault Management: Proprietary software anti-interference technology with soft fault detection
Power Architecture
Dual independent power supplies with dual-switch arrangement provide complete redundancy. Backup power maintains all 112 detectors for 30 minutes post-power loss.
