Product Description
GCF-M10 Channel Count, Redundancy and System Interfaces
For control cabinet specification, four critical factors determine system selection: channel capacity, power failure response, required protocols, and fault detection capabilities. The GCF-M10 delivers 112 channels, 30 minutes of backup power, OPC UA and Modbus compatibility, and proprietary soft fault detection technology.
System Overview
This cabinet features a large LCD display with intuitive operation interface and incorporates proprietary software anti-interference technology for soft fault detection, ensuring high reliability and simplified maintenance.
Selection Guidelines
  • Channel Configuration: Supports up to 112 inputs with 32 outputs in flexible combinations
  • Power Redundancy: Dual power supply with 30-minute backup for critical vessel applications
  • Protocol Support: Compatible with Modbus TCP/IP, Modbus RTU, and OPC UA
  • Cable Requirements: Maximum transmission distance of 1000 meters at 0.75 mm²
Installation & Commissioning
Install in duty room or control room on vibration-free structure with front/rear service access and adequate ventilation. Verify AC 220 V supply within ±15% at 50-60 Hz. Connect both power supplies to ensure true redundancy. Terminate detector cables within 1000-meter limit and commission systematically:
  • Verify all 112 input channels read correctly
  • Test 16 relay outputs and 4 controllable 220V/5A power outputs
  • Confirm Modbus TCP/IP, Modbus RTU and OPC UA communication with vessel PLC and DCS
System Integration
Supports connection of up to three 7-inch display screens. Output configuration includes 16 relay channels (AC 220V/3A), 4 controllable 220V/5A power outputs, RJ45 Modbus TCP/IP, and RS485 Modbus RTU. OPC UA enables integration with PLC, DCS, and fire-protection systems.
