GCF-M10 Gas Alarm Control Cabinet: Central Hub of Shipboard Gas Detection
The GCF-M10 Gas Alarm Control Cabinet serves as the central monitoring point for a vessel's entire gas detection system, providing comprehensive visibility and control across up to 112 detector channels.
Comprehensive Vessel Monitoring
One cabinet provides complete vessel-wide gas situation awareness with rapid scanning of all detector channels in under 8 ms. Live data displays on a large LCD screen with zoned monitoring via LED array for immediate situational assessment.
Dual Power Supply Redundancy
Built for continuous operation during power failures, the GCF-M10 features dual independent power supplies with automatic switching. Dedicated backup power maintains all 112 detectors operational for 30 minutes after main power loss - critical for alarm reliability during emergency situations.
Advanced System Integration
  • RJ45 Modbus TCP/IP and RS485 Modbus RTU for conventional system integration
  • OPC UA connectivity for direct PLC, DCS and fire-protection system links
  • Sixteen relay channels (AC 220 V / 3 A) and four controllable 220 V / 5 A power outputs
  • Direct control of ventilation, valves and fire-protection equipment without additional hardware
Multi-Station Touch Screen Monitoring
Touch screen interface supports zoned monitoring, enabling duty officers to identify specific affected vessel areas. Supports connection of up to three 7-inch display screens for simultaneous monitoring from bridge, cargo control room and engine control room.
