GOO3 Area Audible & Visual Alarm - 110-120 dB Siren, 100-600 cd Adjustable Red Flash, IP66 Explosion-Proof
An alarm that cannot be heard is not an alarm. The GOO3 delivers 110-120 dB (A-weighted) of sound and a 100-600 cd adjustable red flash, ensuring warnings reach crew in engine rooms, pump rooms, or open decks during adverse weather conditions.
Operating Principle
  • Audible Channel: High-output siren produces 110-120 dB (A-weighted) to overcome machinery noise
  • Visual Channel: Red beacon delivers 100-600 cd with configurable flash rate (60-180 flashes per minute)
  • Grading: Level-1 and Level-2 signal alarms distinguish warnings from evacuation orders
  • Activation: Responds to active 24 VDC alarm signals from gas alarm control cabinets
Audible and Visual Performance
Sound output of 110-120 dB (A-weighted) is engineered to cut through engine room or compressor station background noise. The adjustable red beacon (100-600 cd) with configurable flash rates (60-180 flashes/minute) allows intensity matching to specific locations without blinding personnel in confined spaces. Operates on 24 VDC or 220 VAC with maximum 8W power consumption.
