  • Target Gas Selection: Methane (GT-C100), Oxygen (GQ-C100G-1), Methanol (GQ-C100G-2), Carbon Dioxide (GT-C100G-3), Hydrogen Sulfide (GQ-C100G-4), Ammonia (GQ-C100G-5), or Chlorine (GQ-C100B-1)
  • Range Matching: Percentage-LEL models for combustible gas, ppm models for toxic gas, volume-percent models for oxygen
  • Temperature Range: GT-C100 covers -40 to 70°C, all other variants -20 to 55°C
  • Output Interface: 4-20 mA, RS485, or wireless connectivity for control cabinet integration
Installation and Commissioning
Mount detectors where gas accumulation or escape is most likely, not where installation is easiest. For flammable gases, position near the highest point of enclosed spaces; for heavier-than-air gases, near the lowest points. Ensure sensor heads remain accessible for calibration and protect cable entries against water ingress.
Before commissioning, verify model variant matches the actual gas present, confirm output type compatibility with control cabinet, and perform zero and span calibration. Plan spare detectors per gas type rather than generic units to enable quick sensor replacement without reconfiguration.
System Integration
Concentration data transmits via 4-20 mA, RS485, or wireless to the AIRPPB Gas Alarm Control Cabinet, which supervises up to 112 field detectors. The central cabinet provides power supply, data processing, alarm management, and fire-protection system linkage.
