The Gas Alarm Control Cabinet serves as the central brain of the AIRPPB shipboard gas detection system. Developed to address gaps in the shipboard gas analysis and detection industry chain, it represents a fully self-controlled, localized substitute for imported detection equipment. The system integrates TDLAS (Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy) methane detectors, point-type detectors, and suction-type detection cabinets selected according to the characteristics of each on-site area.
Detectors, sampling cabinets, repeaters, and area audible and visual alarms all report into the cabinet. From there, the system drives ventilation start, fire-suppression trigger, and data exchange with PLC, DCS, and the vessel alarm monitoring system.
