Multi-Channel Continuous Monitoring
The GAC-M20 Continuous-Sampling Gas Detection Cabinet monitors up to eight high-risk points simultaneously, with an independent sensor on every channel. Each point features dedicated sensor and sampling line technology, eliminating cross-talk between spaces and ensuring continuous monitoring without polling cycle delays.
Built-In Self-Protection System
This gas detection cabinet incorporates comprehensive safety measures to protect both the vessel and the cabinet itself. The system includes flame arrestors at both inlet and outlet points, plus an internal detector monitoring the cabinet interior. In the event of pipework leakage, the system automatically raises an alarm, cuts pump power, and initiates interior purging through an external gas source - transforming potential hazards into controlled safety events.
Direct 4-20 mA Integration
The cabinet provides 9 channels of 3-wire 4-20 mA output directly to the central gas alarm control cabinet. This direct integration eliminates the need for protocol converters or signal conditioning between sampling and alarm cabinets, simplifying commissioning while maintaining short, reliable signal paths.
Detector Compatibility
Compatible with GT-C100, GQ-C100G and GQ-C100B detectors for monitoring oxygen, methane, hydrogen and additional gases upon request. Target gas specifications are configured at order stage to ensure correct sensor integration from initial installation.
Marine Service Design Features
- Front-end filters and shut-off ball valves enable individual sampling line isolation for maintenance without interrupting cabinet operation
- Sampling runs maintained within 100 meters to ensure optimal response time performance
- Operating range: -10°C to 55°C at 15-95% relative humidity (non-condensing)
