GCF-M10 Duty-Room Cabinet for LNG Carriers - Engineered for reliability when power fails and monitoring matters most.
Operational Challenge
During vessel blackouts, when gas monitoring is most critical, most control cabinets fail with the mains power. The GCF-M10 ensures continuous operation, processing dozens of detector signals simultaneously without latency while maintaining communication with vessel PLC, DCS, and fire systems.
On-Board Application
Installed in duty rooms or control rooms, the GCF-M10 serves as the central hub for vessel gas monitoring. It displays live concentration data on LCD screens, shows zone status via LED arrays, and automatically triggers safety responses through relay outputs, ventilation control, and fire-protection system integration.

Duty Officer Interface
Live concentration data appears on LCD displays while zone status is shown on LED arrays. Audible buzzers complement visual indicators. Zoned monitoring enables officers to identify affected vessel areas precisely. Up to three 7-inch distributed screens provide simultaneous visibility on bridge, cargo control room, and engine control room. Automatic relay outputs activate ventilation, trigger fire-protection equipment, and raise area alarms when thresholds are breached.
